Head of Risk and Digital Legal Delivery

Jameson Legal is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk management efforts in the digital legal delivery space, with a focus on GenAI.
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading international law firm and shape the future of risk management in the legal industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our actions and processes are aligned with our risk appetite, and that we are well-positioned to navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies and GenAI.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy for our digital legal delivery operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with GenAI.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management best practices to our lawyers and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging laws, regulations, and industry developments related to GenAI and digital transformation.
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure that our risk management approach is aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of PQE in a common law jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a legal or financial services context.
- Strong understanding of GenAI and its applications in the legal industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
