Front of House Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Joss Search & Selection Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all incoming guests and clients
- Screening incoming calls and directing them to the relevant person or department
- Managing meeting rooms and calendars to ensure smooth logistics
- Assisting with coordination of food and beverages for meetings and events
- Coordinating couriers, taxis, and ad hoc requests to support our team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Core hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
