Job Description

As a Tenancy Management Coordinator at a2dominion, you will be responsible for delivering front line customer-facing services, working with tenants who require extra support, and ensuring tenancy management objectives are achieved.

You will also be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of properties, carrying out regular estate inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

The key duties of this role include:

  • Managing a designated portfolio of properties within assigned neighbourhoods, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Carrying out and monitoring regular estate inspections, tenancy audits, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Ensuring building and building systems are maintained in accordance with Statutory obligations and Fire Safety requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
