Tenancy Management Coordinator

Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a designated portfolio of properties within assigned neighbourhoods, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular estate inspections and tenancy audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Responding promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues through effective communication and negotiation.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for work use.
- Substantial experience working with vulnerable people and community groups.
- Demonstrable knowledge of housing law, housing management, welfare benefits, and financial inclusion.
- GCSE level or equivalent qualification in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).

- Estimated salary: £34,285 - £35,500 pro rata (depending on experience) + comprehensive benefits package.
