Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Coordinated Facilities Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities services, including project management and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage all aspects of facilities services, including project management and coordination
  • Define detailed scope of works with clients
  • Liaising with sub-contractors, site engineers and surveyors site visits in order to facilitate project requirements
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with current Health & Safety guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
