About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a bank basis. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home
  • Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, communal areas, and equipment
  • Assisting with laundry and linen services
  • Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive working environment

Requirements:

  • A caring nature and personable approach
  • Good practical skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently
