Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a bank basis. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home
- Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, communal areas, and equipment
- Assisting with laundry and linen services
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Contributing to a positive and supportive working environment
Requirements:
- A caring nature and personable approach
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently
