Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of small-scale projects within the FM domain.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, particularly in small-scale projects within the facility management sector. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

A competitive annual salary of up to £30,000 is on offer, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to Apleona's employee benefits package, which includes 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, and cycle to work scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all additional chargeable works, including subcontractor management, ensuring safe and comprehensive delivery of small projects.
  • Define detailed scope of works with clients.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, site engineers, and surveyors for project requirements.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with current Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in small-scale projects within the facility management sector.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks, and solving problems effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
