EHS Specialist

Crown Holdings is seeking a talented EHS Specialist to join our team in Manufacturing Facility Management. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

• Manage and coordinate all EHS activities in the plant to drive programs and create a culture of safety.
• Work closely with the Corporate EHS department to understand the true cost of safety and achieve a world-class level at the facility.
• Implement a True S.I.F. (Severe Injury and Fatality) Mitigation Program to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Ability to work any shift and extended hours to support employees on all shifts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
