Role: Digital Learning Solutions Expert

Location: London (hybrid with some travel)

Our team at QA Digital Subs EMEA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to partner with enterprise organisations across EMEA and Rest of World. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving one of their biggest challenges: upskilling, developing, and retaining their talent.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience and success selling into large, complex enterprise organisations, as well as the polish and experience to meet C-level executives and provide strategic advice. The successful candidate will drive sales opportunities from identification to close, manage relations and negotiations, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic and business priorities.

About the Role:

  • Sell our content, product, and solutions to prospects through product demonstrations, video calls, and face-to-face presentations and workshops at CXO, VP, and Director levels
  • Coordinate and work with extended team members in Product, Content, and Marketing
  • Collaborate with Customer Success managers to deliver exceptional results and drive more business
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure world-class onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Strategically align with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to grow and expand existing accounts

About You:

  • A strong and successful track record of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS
  • Proven track record of strategic outreach and sourcing new business, accounting for 80% or more of quota attainment
  • Previous experience selling business solutions to the e-learning industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with the IT organisation of enterprise organisations and senior management executives
  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
