About the Role:

In this Senior Nurse Role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team
  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with our veterinarians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Providing coaching and training to junior staff members
  • Contributing to the development of our practice's strategy and vision
