About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Deputy Manager to join our team at Meadows House Residential and Nursing Home in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including leading a team of Care professionals with passion and commitment.
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families, and play a pivotal role in the home's success.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to enrich the lives of our residents, providing personalized care in line with their individual needs.

Requirements:

  • A full, valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a residential setting.

  • A competitive salary range of £48,000.00 to £55,000.00 per annum.
