Job Description:

">

The role involves working within the commercial team across multiple manufacturing sites within the THG Nutrition & Wellness division. Following positive changes and improvements, we're looking to recruit sales professionals to support our acquired sites.

">

  1. Take ownership of an individual portfolio of accounts, ensuring company profitability, customer requirements, and growth targets are met.
  2. Establish and proactively manage relationships at multiple levels to achieve key commercial objectives and overall strategy.
  3. Develop and manage customer contract agreements where relevant, aligning them with business priorities.
  4. Manage customer relationships and internal relationships across departments (Operations, Finance, Technical & Product Development) to optimise results.
  5. Ensure forecast accuracy is in line with account targets and implement necessary changes to meet volume forecasts that beat annual budgets.
  6. Create clear and specific customer account plans to beat budgets.
  7. Provide accurate rolling weekly sales outlooks and proactive plans to gap fill.

Requirements:

  1. FMC Food & Drink experience is advantageous.
  2. Previous Account Management Experience of 2+ years.
  3. Evidence of strong financial controls and commercial awareness.
  4. An entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities.
  5. Exceptional relationship skills (building and maintaining).

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
