Manufacturing Sales Specialist

We are revolutionizing the manufacturing industry by offering a digital platform that connects engineers worldwide with reliable production methods. Geomiq is a London-based startup dedicated to providing an innovative B2B MaaS (Manufacturing as a Service) solution powered by AI, seamlessly connecting buyers and sellers to enhance efficiency and productivity.
As a highly motivated sales-driven individual, you will play a crucial role in introducing our platform to potential customers and growing our customer base. With a proven track record of success in sales within the manufacturing industry or similar, you will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by design engineers, mechanical engineers, and procurement teams. You will be able to analyze and align with customers' business strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to provide mutually beneficial solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong desire to learn and develop. You will be effectively using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, and have strong IT skills. Experience working in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C sales is a plus, as well as a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Responsibilities:- Conduct outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Meet Alfred, Lusha, and HubSpot to identify, engage, and track potential leads effectively
- Expand the customer base by identifying and targeting new opportunities
- Develop relationships through social media, phone calls, and email
- Avoid consultative approach to align with customers' business strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience working in sales within the manufacturing industry or similar
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong IT skills
- $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary
