Agriculture Area Sales Manager Job in Williams Manufacturing
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to cover the South East territory and drive revenue growth for our Construction Products division.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling into building merchants, showrooms, or retailers/resellers within the construction industry.

Responsibilities- Deliver revenue targets through existing accounts and new business development
- Work to core KPIs including performance against sales targets, growth of designated accounts, retention/acquisition of customers, new product introduction/sales performance, and engagement with the CRM system
- Manage your own diary and schedule customer visits
- Provide high levels of customer service and understand customer needs
- Collaborate with internal commercial and sales support teams
- Report on sales pipeline, portfolio revenue, and sales action plans
- Proficient use of the CRM system
- B2B sales professional with experience selling products or consumables into the trades/construction industry
- Experience selling into building merchants, independent merchants, showrooms, or resellers is advantageous
- Experience within the plumbing industry is encouraged
- Must be IT literate
- Driving License is required
