Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North London, Essex & Suffolk territory. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned field sales professional to take ownership of our sales operations in the designated territory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your expertise in B2B sales and product knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Promote and sell our product range across the territory.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our product range.
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years' recent, relevant field experience of direct selling to trade customers.
- Experience of B2B, multiple product/brand sales – ideally from the following sectors: tiles, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, window coverings.
- Full, clean current driving licence.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and ability to present to customers.
