Our comprehensive digital commerce ecosystem, THG Ingenuity, supports our diverse portfolio of brands, including Myprotein, ESPA, LOOKFANTASTIC, and Cult Beauty.
We manage all aspects of business internally, from product development to marketing and logistics.
This exciting role reports to the Head of Sales at THG Nutrition Manufacturing and is based in Luton.
Job Requirements:You will work closely with our commercial team across multiple manufacturing sites within the THG Nutrition & Wellness division.
- Take responsibility for individual account portfolios, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth targets.
- Proactively establish and manage relationships with customers and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage customer contract agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Promote effective collaboration between departments, including Operations, Finance, Technical, and Product Development.
Requirements:
- A background in FMCG food & drink can be beneficial.
- At least 2 years of Account Management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management and commercial acumen.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and creative problem-solving skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills for fostering strong relationships.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per year.
