The salary range for this position is approximately $150,000-$220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves managing employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines, developing and executing integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, and providing input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.

As a dynamic leader, you will oversee the overall strategy and execution of manufacturing operations for Re:Build New Kensington, including planning, commitment, production, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in leading and developing teams to execute safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people targets
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
