About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEMH School in Lytham St Annes. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with a Year 9 pupil who requires additional support due to SEMH needs. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment, helping the pupil to access education, and developing their skills and confidence.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMH pupils, knowledge of SEN and challenging behaviour, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils. This is a full-time role, and you will be working closely with the pupil's teacher to ensure seamless communication and a consistent approach.
