Job SummaryAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced teaching staff to support the educational and personal needs of our pupils. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils with additional learning needs
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies that meet the individual needs of our pupils.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of SEND principles
- Experience working with children and young people with autism
- GCSE Maths and English qualifications
