Luxury Brand Account Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for a renowned Swiss luxury brand? We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our North team at Selfridges, Manchester Exchange.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement effective weekly business plans to maximize retail performance targets.
- Work closely with Beauty Consultants to manage the counter and achieve sales goals.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized skincare consultations.
- Organize external events to generate business and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure the counter is fully stocked and visually merchandised in line with brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience in providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to achieving and exceeding KPIs.
