About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Account Manager to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in the on-trade sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales of our luxury brands in the on-trade sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including on-trade operators and influencers.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on our luxury brands, including product training and menu development.
  • Work closely with our marketing and advocacy teams to develop and execute activation plans that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in the on-trade sector, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury spirits market and the on-trade sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
