We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Assistant to join our team, working closely with our staff to provide a holistic approach to student care.


Job Description

As a Mental Health Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with social, emotional and mental health challenges.

You will work closely with the class teacher, providing individualised support and helping to develop strategies to manage behaviours and promote positive relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in the mental health field, working with students who require additional support.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary: £80-£90 per day (approximately £16,800-£18,180 per annum) and flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30.

In addition, you will have access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
