SEN Educator

We are currently seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our specialist team at an independent day school provision in Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border. Our students aged 6-19 have diverse needs including PMLD, MLD, SLD, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated difficulties.

Responsibilities- Plan and deliver tailored educational programs for students with complex needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent student outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation.
As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with PMLD, MLD, SLD, and autism spectrum disorders.
- Ability to develop and deliver personalized educational plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development theories and practices. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £31,650 - £49,084 (M1-UPS3).
