Educational Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Specialist - SEN to join our team at Simply Education. As an Educational Specialist, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to provide tailored support and guidance.
The salary for this position is £38,600 per annum, which is approximately £34,700 net after taxes. This figure takes into account the cost of living in the Meldreth, Cambridgeshire area and is based on a 40-hour workweek.
Your primary responsibility as an Educational Specialist will be to develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of our students. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team of educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification, as well as a working knowledge of the Teacher Standards and expectations. Experience working with students with sensory needs and a background in SEN learning would be highly beneficial.
