Job Title: SEN Instructor

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEN Instructor to join our team at Simply Education. As an SEN Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the needs of students with SEN.

The salary for this position is £31,650 - £49,084 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on the National Living Wage and takes into account the cost of living in the Meldreth, Cambridgeshire area.

As an SEN Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with our experienced team of educators to develop individualized learning plans that promote academic growth and personal development.

The ideal candidate will possess a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification, as well as a working knowledge of the Teacher Standards and expectations. Experience working with students with sensory needs and a background in SEN learning would be highly beneficial.
