We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team in Munich or Berlin. As an Amazon employee, you will be part of a global organization that makes a significant impact on customers' lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead key account relationships and drive business growth on a global scale. You will leverage your analytical and commercial skills to help Sellers succeed on Amazon while spearheading projects that optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and negotiate opportunities across various customer engagement levels
  • Apply excellent communication skills to persuade and explain complex concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional projects with worldwide stakeholders, driving innovation and process improvements
  • Grow customer relationships by expanding their understanding of Amazon's suite of tools and services

**Estimated Salary:** €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of pitching new ideas successfully to Sellers and helping them grow their Amazon businesses
  • Experience in business development, sales, sales engineering, or consulting (preferably in technology, internet, or e-commerce sectors)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine 'can-do' attitude and passion for inspiring peers
