Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves managing and overseeing the operation of sales and events at Alea Glasgow. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets, handling sales calls and telephone enquiries, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets;
  • Handle sales calls and telephone enquiries;
  • Conduct market research and analysis;
  • Create detailed sales plans;
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and other stakeholders;

You will also be expected to work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials, and to manage all incoming enquiries related to booking corporate and private events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be able to provide exceptional customer service. A self-starter with commercial awareness and ability to work productively in a team environment is essential.
