As a Junior Administrator, you will support the Head of Agency Services in coordinating day-to-day activities, including meetings, room bookings, travel arrangements, and IT administration.

Your Responsibilities

  • Booking travel and accommodation for team members
  • Coordinating internal events and office supplies
  • Supporting with IT administration and laptop repairs
  • Providing administrative support to Marketing, Talent, Finance, and Project Management teams
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
