Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to provide executive-level support to our UK Accounting directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate event planning, logistics, and execution
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and files
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with domestic and international travel coordination
Benefits

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
