We are now seeking an enthusiastic new member of our team who has a passion for IT and a clear flair for technology.

Key Tasks:

  • First-line support to colleagues via various request methodologies
  • Ticket management via Salesforce
  • Hardware and software issue support
  • Account and licensing management via Microsoft Administration Portal
  • Invoicing process for software managed within the IT Team
  • Project work assistance and best technology practice suggestions
  • Clear documentation of internal IT procedures and technologies
  • Asset and compliance management via Microsoft Endpoint and other technologies
  • Asset purchasing and supplier relations as needed
  • Fault reporting and maintenance logs on network and laptops
  • IT problem tracking and resolution
  • Helpdesk ticket administration and timely responses

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Practical understanding of IT and enthusiasm for the subject
  • Previous experience in meeting helpdesk ticket deadlines
  • Good understanding of MS Office Applications including SharePoint Online
  • Windows and MacOS laptop support experience

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Azure functionality experience
  • Understanding of ITIL principles
  • Previous IT support experience
