Sportlabs Technology is a fast-growing company that combines passion for sport and technology to deliver innovative solutions. We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our tennis league platform.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, plus 26 days holiday and various benefits. The successful candidate will work in our Vauxhall office, collaborating with our product owner to define business requirements and set product KPIs.

Job Description

In your first year, you will define requirements and support the team in delivering our first phase of leagues, including defining a large portion of requirements for phase 2 of leagues and Team Captain product. You will also build close working relationships with stakeholders at USTA.

  • Collaborate with the product owner to understand and define business requirements and set product KPIs.
  • Ensure business requirements are aligned with product goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can inform product development.
  • Assist with the development of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of racket sports, specifically Tennis and its rules and formats, along with 2 years' experience in digital or software Product Management, Business Analysis and/or degree in an equivalent area. They should also have excellent communication skills both written and oral, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively.

  • Passion for sport and technology.
  • A knowledge of racket sports, specifically Tennis and its rules and formats.
  • 2 years' experience in digital or software Product Management, Business Analysis and/or degree in an equivalent area.
  • Experience in user research and user testing.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
