About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Salt Digital Recruitment. As the Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless logistics and a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee office operations, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and execute company events, such as happy hours, parties, and team-building activities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to optimize the work environment for different teams and needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

Requirements:



  • 5+ Years experience in administrative operations, with 2 years as an Office Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and team members.
