About the Role
  • Collaborate with teaching staff in classes where students require physical support, communication assistance, and sensory curriculum-based learning activities
  • Provide personal care, lifting, and physical support as needed
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group support to students with varying levels of need
Key Requirements
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN requirements, additional needs, or disabilities
  • Ability to provide physical support, including changing and hoists
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students
  • Promote happiness, self-reliance, and positive interactions
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
