The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a specialist occupational therapist, you will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to our students with moderate to severe learning disabilities and neurodiversity. Your expertise will help us to develop tailored plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

What You'll Need

  • A recognized OT degree/qualification and HCPC registration
  • Experience of working with children with complex needs and behavior, preferably in a special school setting
  • Knowledge of a range of approaches to assessment, intervention, and outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary and Benefits

Our salary package includes a competitive starting salary equivalent to NHS Band 6 or higher, depending on experience and negotiation. You will also enjoy flexible working hours, regular clinical supervision, and access to specialist training and professional development opportunities.
