About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPOS Support Specialist to join our Technology team at Haven. As an EPOS Support Specialist, you will play a key role in defining, building, testing, and supporting our retail systems on Park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and build technical solutions to support business operations
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to determine the best course of action to help customers solve their problems
  • Develop and maintain expertise in EPOS systems and related technologies
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to iteration planning
  • Conduct research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities to improve EPOS systems
  • Deploy and test work products to staging and production environments

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Zonal Business systems or similar EPOS packages
  • Experience in Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre roles
  • Experience in hospitality or fast-paced industries such as retail
  • Excellent communication skills to work with colleagues across the business
  • Logical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset
