Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPoS Support Specialist to join our Agile Technology team at Haven. As an EPoS Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining, building, testing, and supporting business solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions
  • Participate in planning and create iteration plans to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Design and implement business processes and operational value streams to support technical solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal customers
  • Work closely with the Agile Technology team to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational value streams
