About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPOS Support Analyst to join our Agile Technology team in Hemel Hempstead. As an EPOS Support Analyst, you will play a key role in defining, building, testing, and supporting business solutions, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define business opportunities and processes to support technical solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in planning and create Iteration plans
  • Conduct research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities
  • Deploy work products to staging and production
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Zonal Business systems or similar Epos package
  • Experience in similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre role
  • Experience of hospitality or fast-paced industry, such as retail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Logical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset
