Clinical Team Manager

The successful candidate will have a doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational) and be registered with the HCPC and their own professional body. They will have experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-professional team.
The role requires strong clinical leadership and management skills, with a focus on enhancing the quality of clinical practice and promoting positive outcomes for students. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
