About the Job

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our Community Nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in community nursing and experience in leading teams or providing clinical leadership.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.
