Autonomous Nursing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our team at NHS Professionals. As an autonomous nursing professional, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in a community setting.
You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests, and providing completed episodes of care to individuals. You will also have the opportunity to prescribe medications, work within your scope of practice, and manage minor injuries and health problems.
This is a unique blend of professional fulfillment and adaptable scheduling. You will have the freedom to balance your professional duties with personal commitments, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications and experience:
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Level 1 or HCPC registered paramedic
- Post-registration diploma or equivalent in advanced assessment skills for non-medical practitioners
- Post-registration diploma or equivalent in managing minor illness/health problems for advanced practice
Experience:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Emergency Nurse Practitioner environment within the last 2 years
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Please note that this is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
