">The successful candidate will receive an estimated annual salary of £29,800, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, private medical insurance, and a private pension scheme. ">Job Responsibilities
">This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing direct patient care, supervising junior staff, and contributing to the overall management of the ward. Key responsibilities include:
">- Delivering high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
- Managing and maintaining the ward environment, ensuring it remains safe and fit for purpose.
- Providing mentorship and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
- Assisting with post-operative care, ensuring patients receive the best possible treatment and support.
- Safeguarding medication management, ensuring all medications are administered safely and securely.
- Recording and documenting patient data accurately and efficiently, using systems like Compucare and Endobase.
- Contributing to department audits, ensuring all documentation meets the company's quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
">To excel in this role, you will need:
">- Excellent clinical skills, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage patient care and contribute to ward operations.
- A valid NMC Pin and relevant post-registration experience in a healthcare setting.
