Job Role

Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in cost management by preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects.
  • Carry out general commercial administration.
  • Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in issuing applications for payment, time sheet entry, and compensation events.
  • Help evaluate subcontract applications.
  • Ensure effective liaison with other business members to guarantee project success.
Key Skills
  • Excellent communication skills to keep all parties involved aware of project progress and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a commercial environment or commercial administration (preferred).
  • Hourly rate: £45 to £55, depending on experience.
  • Long-term contract.
  • Opportunity for hybrid working.
