Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
Your new company will be a Lancashire based development and construction consultancy that delivers multi-million pound new developments and regeneration projects. They specialise in quantity surveying services for social housing providers, healthcare, education, retail, student accommodation and commercial sectors.
About the Role
The key purpose of this role is to assist in the provision of quantity surveying services under the direction of Directors and senior staff. Key responsibilities will include preparing estimates, cost plans, interim valuations, cost reports and value for money reports, contract administration, cost control, tender document preparation and tender reporting.
Requirements
You will need a BSc in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 1 year's experience working as a QS for a consultancy or contractor. You will also need to comply with clients' internal quality assurance management procedures and governance.
What You'll Get
Salary £30,000-£35,000, professional fees paid and mentorship for your APC. You will also work in a hybrid environment.
