At Delve Search - Global Search Consultants, we're seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South of the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the construction or logistics industries, with a focus on industrial or warehousing solutions. They will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships within their dedicated geographical area.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will:

  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage sales enquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project and technical staff, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Participate in design and pre-sale meetings, while performing site surveys to understand project requirements.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients, and on occasion, participate in international training or meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within the construction or logistics industries, ideally with a focus on industrial or warehousing solutions.
  • The ability to build relationships with contractors, developers, and architects, leveraging a strong network within the construction and industrial sectors.
  • A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to handle long sales cycles and project-based work.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
