About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual project files, including archiving and updating records.
  • Ensure correct paperwork is in place for purchasing processes.
  • Verify contractor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare Excel reports for clients and financial controllers.
  • Attend project meetings, preparing reports and taking minutes.
  • Provide support to the Contract/Systems Support team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive approach to work and keen on personal/career development.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
