Pension Administrator Specialist

Job Description:Company OverviewOur client, a leading education sector organization, requires a skilled Pensions & Payroll Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of pension processes.
This role involves collaborating with senior management to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and university policies.
Responsibilities:- Manage the monthly reconciliation of pension contributions for various schemes, including TPS, LGPS, NEST, and NHS Stakeholder Pension schemes.
- Act as the primary contact for employee queries relating to pension schemes, providing expert advice and guidance on complex queries.
- Perform day-to-day administration of pension schemes, ensuring accurate data input and compliance with relevant pension legislation and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have significant pensions experience within the education sector, particularly in LGPS & TPS. Proficiency in payroll skills and attention to detail are essential.
