Administrative Manager Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Atlas Repairs. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of our company, including managing bookkeeping duties, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Line 50.
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle the full payroll cycle using Sage Payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and pensions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll.
  • Knowledge of current payroll legislation and VAT regulations.
