Job Description

Portfolio Payroll is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a monthly payroll, including processing starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments, and ensuring compliance with current legislation.

The ideal candidate will have experience using ADP and excel, as well as good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. A CIPP qualification in Payroll or equivalent is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

* Process monthly payroll accurately and timely
* Process starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments
* Responsible for inputting data and updating employee records into the ADP system
* Run reports and reconcile the payroll for approval
* Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in payroll administration
* Proficient in ADP and excel
* Good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
* Up-to-date with current payroll legislation
* CIPP qualification in Payroll or equivalent
