About the Role

The Payroll Administrator will play a critical role in our payroll operations, ensuring that all payroll processes are completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll data, calculate salaries, and prepare payment schedules.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including hours worked, benefits, and tax deductions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll administration: Proven track record of successfully managing payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing payroll practices.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
