Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • • Booking travel arrangements for event staff and participants
  • Managing the CEO's calendar and coordinating tasks
  • Preparing meeting materials and distributing them to relevant parties
  • Anticipating and adapting to changing circumstances while handling multiple responsibilities
  • Supporting event operations and player logistics during events

Requirements:
• High level of organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
• Ability to manage budgets and adapt to variable working hours
• Strong administrative capabilities and multitasking skills
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel and prolonged absences from home

Compensation:
An attractive salary package of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience.
